The gym and pool facilities provided a relaxing break during our stay. Although the bed was a bit firm for my liking, the room was spacious and impeccably clean, complete with a fridge and effective air conditioning. Breakfast offered an extensive buffet, and the local fish was a delightful highlight. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was out of order during our visit, and the furniture felt dated, which detracted a bit from the overall experience.

Braw stay for us over Christmas! Loved the spacious room for us and our two dogs. Staff were pure brilliant, and the gym and pool were cracking for unwinding. the bed was a wee bit hard for my back.

Great fitness center and pool. towels smelled strongly of chlorine.

the buffet was good and affordable. the staff, especially pem, were super awesome and made us feel valued. enjoyed the spacious and clean deluxe double room which had all the amenities. overall, it felt like a home away from home.

During my stay, the air conditioning in the suite failed to provide any relief from the heat, making the nights unbearably uncomfortable. The room had several maintenance issues, including a broken closet door and a balcony with minimal furniture. When I addressed these concerns with the staff, their response was dismissive, which left me feeling ignored and unsatisfied.

Carpets and furniture show serious wear and tear, making the place feel stuck in the past. Air conditioning across multiple rooms failed to function, leading to uncomfortable nights. Pictures online are misleading regarding the current condition of the hotel.

Had a great time with friends exploring historic fortified towns like Brielle and charming fishing villages. The hotel offered full access to the Carlton Sports Health Centre, which was amazing, and free parking made things easier. The personal service was nice and showed attention to detail that we appreciated during our stay.

One experience at the restaurant was below expectations. the staff seemed rushed, leading to a less enjoyable experience than we had hoped for.

The deluxe double room was quite spacious and exceptionally clean, making it a pleasant stay overall. I particularly enjoyed the new bar which offered a great atmosphere to unwind after a long day. The deep bath in the bathroom was lovely, although a tad tricky to exit. The service provided by the staff was commendable, making us feel welcome during our stay.

Not so cozy stay

Spent 2 nights and didn’t catch much sleep. Air con was totally broken, making the room feel like a sauna. Plus, I was fighting off mosquitos all night, killed 9 of them! The breakfast was decent, though. Wouldn’t recommend this place, sadly.
